Starred Mathew Goodgame and  Lauren Samuels This production originally opened in the West End in 1993 (co-produced with Robert Stigwood) at the Dominion Theatre, before transferring to the Cambridge Theatre in Oct 1996 to Sep 1999. The show then continued to tour the UK and briefly returned to the Dominion Theatre for a few weeks in Oct 2001, and then had a year run at the Victoria Palace from Sep 2002. Grease finally returned to the West End in July 2007 at the Piccadilly Theatre and had been taking bookings through to 11 September 2011. It is now finish after nearly four years in the West End and having broken the record as the longest running show in the Piccadillys history.The class at Rydell High is led by <em>Over the Rainbow</em> finalist Lauren Samuels as Sandy and, from 27 September, Matthew Goodgame as her sweetheart and T-Birds leader Danny. Theyre joined in the cast by Siubhan Harrison, Lucas Rush, Hayley Gallivan, Faye Brookes, Bennett Andrews and Robyn Mellor
