From signing his first record contract at just sixteen releasing his first record at seventeen Marti's story is extraordinary. It all started with the band he formed in school Wet Wet Wet who went on to sell 3 million copies of their debut album and continued selling throughout the 80's and 90's. In 1994 they entered the Guinness book of records with an unprecedented run of 15 weeks at No.1 with 'Love is All Around'._x000D_In the noughties Marti became a West End and Broadway star starring in Chicago and Witches of Eastwick breaking box office records along the way. From January until July 2011 he will show his darker side taking on the lead role in the national tour of the smash-hit Broadway musical of Jekyll and Hyde. Lyrics and music are by Academy Award winning composer Leslie Bricusse (Doctor Dolittle Victor/Victoria Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory etc).
