A ground breaking musical drama written by leading Japanese composer Shunn-Ichi Tokura and English lyricist / poet Paul Sand. Set against the dramatic backdrop of post-war Japan the musical centres on John Marshall and his Japanese wife Hideko and the aftermath of the dropping of the atomic bomb on Nagasaki in August 1945.
