DigiMIX CD release of the Original Cast (Colchester Mercury Theatre) of Rodgers and Harts THE GIRLFRIEND. The original London production of the musical differed from the Broadway production in that it incorporated some songs from the Musical KITTYS KISSES by Con Conrad and Gus Kahn. The revival by the Mercury Theatre, Colchester restored some Rodgers and Harts songs from the Broadway production. The magic of DigiMIX makes this recording sound fresher and more impressive than when it was first released in Dolby Surround.
